If you order before 12pm in the recipient's time zone, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Friday, Saturday before 10am. Please state in our special request column (same day delivery).
Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders. For far areas ie Klang, Cyberjaya, etc please give us longer hours.

Substitution Policy:
Petabees's Policy for order states that we will make flower arrangements of your order in accordance to the one you chose from the internet using the type, shape, size and colour as per the order specifications. In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time. The quantity of flowers in the package may be lesser if we upgrade to premium type (ie imported flowers which our cost will be higher 100-200%) if the photo shown is local type flowers not available or we do not approve the quality.
Important Notes:
- Sender must provide at least 1 contact number for recipient e.g. mobile phone. Please provide alternative contact number if available e.g. 2nd mobile phone / office phone / house phone. We will confirm the address with recipient again before delivery.
- We will NOT reveal the actual item until it received by recipient because we understand most of the sender need the gift/flower to be a surprise
- In some cases, delivery may not be done within specified time requested due to unforeseen circumstances ie. Heavy rain, traffic jam beyond our control. This apply to all delivery time frame.
Delivery Issues:
For flowers that cant be delivered due to unavailability of the recipient or refusal to accept when we deliver..It is considered as order has been FULFILLED, SOLD and CLOSED DEAL as goods are perishable and the cost of labor,time, delivery have been incurred.
- Fix time/express delivery can be arranged (e.g. Order must deliver between 2pm to 4pm otherwise recipient will not be there). It's because additional resources needed to fulfill these request.
