in at least THREE- FOUR working days in advance prior to delivery date. We do not accept cancellations for balloons delivery, short notice of bubble balloon arrangement and we do not accept bubble balloon order during peak festive season i.e valentine's day and mother's day, chinese new year.
Alternative materials may be used to ensure timely delivery. If so required, PETALBEES will substitute material(s) with equal of greater value, while maintaining the quality and aesthetics of the final product.
